Admission Process
MBBS, NEET as well DASA and MET among others are the prerequisite examinations which need to be qualified to be eligible for attending MTMC as the admissions are based on merit. Being a medical institution, they have an annual intake capacity of 150 students in the MBBS program, which in turn ensures that only the best students are selected.
Infrastructure and Facilities
MTMC has world class infrastructure housed in a 20-acre campus at the Ardeshir Dalal Memorial Hospital (ADMH) Campus, Baridih. The campus overlooks the Tata Main Hospital (TMH) in Jamshedpur which is the attached teaching hospital and provides the students with firsthand exposure to practical experiences in a clinical setting.

As per the Amendment Gazette Notification by the Medical Council of India (MCI) – This is the first such Initiative in India between the Tata Steel and MAHE Manipal The initiative seeks to increase the number of medical colleges in the country to meet the shortage of professionally qualified people in the country as well as the health care sector in the country to grow without lowering any standards of medical education.
Recognition
MTMC has been registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of India as Institute of Eminence (IOE). With this title the college is determined to uphold the standard of education that is attached to medical studies at the same time guarantee high levels of health care services.
