Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Perfect Scholar, we strive to provide transparency and fairness in all our dealings. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payments:
1. Non-Refundable Application Processing Fee
The initial application processing fee paid to Perfect Scholar is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application or any subsequent decisions made by the applicant.2. University and Third-Party Payments
Fees paid directly to partner universities or any third-party service providers (including but not limited to document verification agencies, courier services, or visa consultants) are subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies. Perfect Scholar does not hold any responsibility or guarantee over the refund timelines or decisions made by these entities.3. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@perfectscholar.com within 7 working days from the date of payment. Any request made beyond this period may not be eligible for review.4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if any, will be processed only in exceptional cases where service has not commenced and at the sole discretion of the management. Administrative and transaction charges will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.5. Refund Processing Time
If approved, the refund will be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of approval, via the original payment method.6. No Refund on Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted in cases where the user changes their decision or chooses not to proceed for reasons unrelated to service failure.
